You can ask us to delete your Blob Park: Color Match account and all the game data linked to it at any time, free of charge. You do not need to have the Game installed to make the request.
How to request deletion
- Find your Player ID. Open the Game and tap the gear icon (Settings). Your Player ID is the 8-character code at the bottom of the Settings card (“Player ID: …”). If you can no longer open the Game, skip this step.
- Note your linked account, if any. If Settings shows “Account linked”, note whether it is Google or Apple and the email address of that account.
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Blob Park account”. Include your Player ID, your platform (iPhone, iPad or Android) and your linked account email if you have one.
- We confirm. We reply within 7 days. If we cannot match the request to an account, we may ask one simple question to make sure the data is yours.
- We delete. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmed request, and we email you when it is done.
You can also start from inside the Game: Settings → Support opens our support page, which links here.
Only want to remove the data on your phone? Uninstalling the Game deletes the progress stored on that device. It does not delete your cloud save; send the request above for that.
What we delete
| Data | What happens | When |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud save (your progress, items and settings stored in Google Cloud Firestore) | Deleted | Within 30 days |
| Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication), including a linked Google or Apple identity, its name and email | Deleted | Within 30 days |
| Analytics data linked to your Player ID or app instance (Google Analytics for Firebase) | Deletion requested from Google | Request sent within 30 days; Google removes it from its systems within about 2 months |
| Crash reports linked to your Player ID (Firebase Crashlytics) | Deleted | Within 30 days (they expire after 90 days anyway) |
| Purchase history held for us by RevenueCat | Customer record deleted | Within 30 days |
| Your emails to us | Deleted after we confirm the deletion | Within 30 days |
What we may keep
- Records the law requires, such as purchase and transaction records needed for tax and accounting, kept only for the legal period and not used for anything else.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you (for example, “how many players finished level 20”).
- Your request itself (date and outcome, without game data) so we can show we handled it.
Apple and Google keep their own records of your store purchases under their privacy policies. Advertising data held by Google is controlled with your device’s ad settings; on Android you can delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Signed in with Apple?
You can also disconnect the Game from your Apple ID: on iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, choose Blob Park and tap Stop Using Apple ID. This stops the link but does not delete the data we hold, so please also email us as above.
Only part of your data?
You can ask us to delete just some data, for example only analytics data, while keeping your progress. Say so in your email. You can also turn off personalised ads at any time in Settings → Privacy options (where shown) and turn off notifications in your device settings.
